I hired Imperial Hardwood Flooring (aka IHF) St. Catharines to supply and install hardwood flooring. They matched the new floor with hardwood that we presently have which is over 10 years old. The owner Jurgen is a very very reasonable person to deal with. Great communication skills. Jurgen popped in to see me while install was in progress to make sure I was happy. The install team was very professional and did a great job, they took the time to make sure subfloor was secure and added screws for good measure to avoid any potential squeaks or pops. Very meticulous and attention to detail. They kept my house clean throughout the install. Floor seams are all tight, there cuts and staggering is perfect. Final product turned out amazing. IHF recycled my old carpet, they cut it to size, added padding and binded the edges to make a large area rug so our young children can play with there toys without damaging new floor. For a marginal cost, IHF saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars from buying a 13′ x 11′ area rug. Kudos!! to the staff at IHF. I highly recommend IHF, great staff with quality products and installation. Keep up the good work. Two thumbs up!
